The objectives of the company include, inter alia, activities pertaining to portfolio management. The company is a SEBI Registered Portfolio Manager providing Portfolio Management Services under the Scheme named " Guiness 123 " since 2003. The Company is a part of Guiness group, a fast growing name in the field of financial services.

The company is set up under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Kamal Kumar Kothari, who has a vast experience in the capital market since 1989. He is the Managing Director of Guiness Securities Limited (Member of NSEIL, BSEL, NSDL & CDSL) and also the Director of Guiness Commodities Private Ltd. (Member of NCDEX & MCX.)

The other Directors in the company are Mr. Dipankar Ganguly , Mr. Bodhisatwa Chanda and Mr. Sanjay Bothra.

Mr. Jyoti Prakash, is the Principal Officer and the Fund Manager. He is a commerce Graduate, PGDRM and CFA having vast experience in the field of fund management and control.
