Mr.
Kamal Kumar Kothari is the Chairman & Managing Director
of Guiness Securities Limited, the flagship company
of the GUINESS GROUP. Mr. Kothari is also the Chairman
of the major Guiness Group companies such as Guiness
Commodities Pvt. Ltd. & Guiness Portfolio Management
Services Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Registered Portfolio Manager)
He has taken GUINESS Group to new heights and under
his leadership Group's revenues have grown manifold.
His job responsibility includes looking after overall
administration, planning, policy formulation and finance
management of the company. He is the person instrumental
in bringing the Company to its present position. He
carries with him an experience of more than a decade
in the Capital Markets, as he was himself a member in
the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
Mr. Kothari has born on December 19, 1964, in Kolkata.
He received a Bachelor degree in commerce from Calcutta
University. He joined the GUINESS GROUP and was assigned
to various companies. Mr. Kothari was appointed Managing
Director of Guiness Securities Ltd in 2000. He was
assigned the task of transforming the company into
a Group strategy think-tank, and a promoter of new
ventures.
